A Live Stream Festival | 48 Hours of Locally Sourced Moving Image and Chat

NOM Fest Now will be a streaming film festival running from October 18th – October 20th. Northampton Open Media is seeking local, noncommercial film and video content.

Requirements:
Local, noncommercial content
At least 23 minutes of video (you can submit a block of short films, for instance, but it must total 23 minutes).
