Annual Edible Book Festival sponsored by the Friends of the Forbes Library in Northampton, Massachusetts. Every April first libraries all over the world celebrate the birthday of Brillat Savarin the author of “The Physiology of Taste, a Transcendent Gastronomy” by creating edible interpretations of their favorite books! The participants in this year’s festival all tell us about their creations.
