In this meeting the a joint public hearing was held with the City Council Ordinance Committee concerning traffic mitigation, powers and duties of the Transportation and Parking Commission and a zoning map change requested by Lathrop Communities.

Also discussed were ground mounted solar arrays and committee appointments.
