Clinical and Support Options workers rallied outside of CSO headquarters in Northampton, Massachusetts on July 24, 2015. The three day strike came after 8 months of talks failed to produce a contract compromise. Workers are asking for better pay, benefits and better working conditions. Management refused and instead hired lawyers to fight the union. Workers are expected to be back on the job Monday.
